The Matrix community, as far as I see it, is in quite grave danger because it's September, and if we don't stop this bleeding it's going to be, well, Eternal September.
So in this blog post, I talk about the countermeasures to make sure the Matrix community has a chance at not drowning and killing the viability of the protocol in the process for our purposes.
I see this pattern time and time again where communities do moderation wrong. Instead of following helpful patterns like what is laid out in my post about the words we use and why they are bad they are stuck in these ancient bad patterns.

So, this post is dedicated to Cat talking about how to talk about this topic in an actually useful manner as far as Cat is concerned.
